Full Service?

What Full Service means to me and why I feel it is important for you. As I look around at fellow photographers I see we have become a commodity by pricing everything the same as everyone else.

The thing is every one of us offer something different beyond price so when the first question I get is "how much....".

Well, I have trouble answering that questions with just a number, because that number is full of more then a $ sign. You see every client receives a full experience from the moment I am first contacted to the delivery and installation of the finished pieces. The full experience takes more then 4 hours to provide. In actuality it takes about 15 hours from the design session to delivery & installation. Most of which is behind the scenes and a fully edited session can take up to 10 hours on it's own when I zoom into each picture ordered!!! You don't just receive a 1 hour session and an email with a link for you to figure out and be left to do all the work. Heaven forbid you have trouble deciding or are not tech savvy.

To me that is like going to a sit down restaurant having a waitstaff member taking your order and then sending you home with the raw ingredients for you to cook on your own and left to figure it out on your own! Not your idea of going out for a nice dinner is it?

For me when offering you full service photography the experience and finished work is what matters. I want to provide you with the complete meal not just the ingredients. Therefore price really should show the quality you receive in a whole. I provide you a complete customized service with quality finished product you can sit back and enjoy in your home. I take care of everything for you from the moment you schedule the design session. I gather information from you at your design session to figure out what exactly you are looking for in the end and your style, then I create it for you. If you need help with wardrobe, hair, makeup, or anything, no problem I have you covered. I will even go shopping with you if you need me to help put together outfits. In the end all you really have to do is show up for your appointments on time and relax! After pictures I do all the editing and I take care of the ordering and delivering to your home, and even install all wall pieces if needed. You get to view printed proofs instead of starring at a screen hoping the look the same printed. I am there to hold your hand through the process, answering all your questions, and take control from the beginning to make sure we create the finished pieces you desire. Once we are done with our time together you have what you want and all you had to do was answer questions and relax.

This is what full service means and I guarantee you will feel spoiled if you let me take care of your photography needs and create what you want!

So the next time you message a photographer find out what they have to offer before you ask for the price because you really do get what you pay for in the photography world even when it comes to the finished products, what seems like a good deal may not be what you hoped for!
