I had the previllage of working with Ms. Nicole Perry owner of Hourglass Yoga here in Rocky Mount Virginia. 

Hourglass yoga is a new business in Rocky Mount Virginia that opened back in November 2022.  Nicole Perry who grew up here in Franklin County and has returned after moving cross country for a bit.  She moved back to be closer to her family and decided to provide a service to the community that isn't promoted or readily available.

She is a certified yoga instructor and loves to help others find their center. Her goal is to help others learn there is more to Yoga then fitness.  It helps individuals connect their mind and body and find their balance. 

She chose the name Hourglass Yoga because she wants people of all sizes to know they can benefit from her services.  You can have an hourglass body and still enjoy and benefit from Yoga.
